They are manufactured from COIL galvanized plates which undergo intense perforation of tiny diameter 2.5mm or 4mm. These perforations do not decrease the level of safety, but provide clear transparency. The thickness of the galvanized plate used is 1mm, so that the life extend of the roller is not reduced due to perforation. The end sides of the rollers are equipped with special plastics so that much less noisy operation is succeeded.
The rollers are painted with electrostatic paint of polyester powder, of a wide variety of colours. The rollers can be manually or electrically operated, depending on customers wishes.
